Donna – a Blue Patchouli Soap, and a tribute to strong women who know what they love (and hate).
When we relocated to Tucson, AZ., Kandra was pleasantly surprised by the number of patchouli soap requests we were receiving – it’s an aroma that you either love or hate, and Kandra is a lover for sure. With all of the excitement of being able to fill the soap studio with the blissful aroma of Patchouli we asked our fans what color the soap should be. Blue was the winner by a long shot… and it was also the color an amazing woman named Donna suggested. When we looked up the meaning of her name, we knew kismet was in action as we wanted this powerful aroma to be a tribute to powerful strong women who know what they love (and hate). Here’s to all the women out there (in Tucson, and all home towns across the USA) who stand up for what they believe in and guide our society through every action they take.
Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sodium Hydroxide, Water Patchouli Essential Oil , Kaolin Clay, Indigofera Tinctoria
What’s a Friend Soap, and why do some of our soaps have “people” names?
Handmade soap that makes you feel good, for more reasons than one. That’s what our Friend Soaps do. We started naming our limited editions after real live people in 2020, and the tradition of celebrating people and BFFs continues to bring us joy.
