A soap to celebrate long-lasting friends (and bananas).
Meet Elizabeth (the person):
You know her… she has the biggest heart of anyone you know. She picks you up when you are down. She always puts a smile on your face. Her actions are meaningful. She embodies the “work smarter” attitude to bring joy to those around her.
Kandra is fortunate enough to have a real Elizabeth in her life. Here is what she shared about her friend Beth:
“We’ve been friends for about 20 years. She is an amazing woman who does so much to support others in her life. It is truly inspiring. As I think back over the years that I’ve known her, and of all of the laughs, tears, and hugs we’ve shared, my fondest memories of her of when she’s sharing her latest triumph of saving. I’ve never known anyone to get so excited about a coupon, bargain, or reuse of something. At first, I didn’t understand her excitement, but then I realized it wasn’t just the “saved banana” that she was excited about. It was that she had created something for her family. Sure, you could compost the mushy banana, but if you turn it into banana bread you’ve saved a few pennies for a rainy day, you made something to bring cheer to your family, and a created a special memory as you baked the bread with your children. All of her exploits in getting a “bargain” are all based around that idea. That if you work a little smarter, you’ll amplify the joy you bring to the world.”
