Shipping and Storing Meltable Products

Products labeled with a melt warning are designed to melt around body temperature. Especially in the summer months or in hot climates, these products can melt in transit.

If these products arrive melted, we won’t be able to replace or refund them. We highly recommend that you select USPS Priority Mail for shipping. Priority mail packages are insured, and your package will arrive in 2-3 days. This minimizes the time in transit (less exposure to heat) and the insurance provides some purchase protection on your order.

If melting does happen, you can simply pop the product into the fridge to solidify and it will still be usable (though may not look as pretty!). If your product was whipped, see our how to restore whipped body butter post.

Once meltable products arrive, keep in a cool spot away from direct sunlight.
